Note: Submission of an abstract is mandatory for any paper or poster presentation. Abstracts should not exceed 400 words = 3000 characters = 1 printed page. Please do not include any figures, tables or references, and of course any nomenclatural acts (as e.g. species descriptions).

Submit your abstract as unformatted MS Word or Open Office file. Remove „track changes“ prior to submission. It must be submitted by email to info@iac27.at until 28 Feb 2027.

Abstracts undergo a peer review process after submission and – after acceptance – are allocated to conference sessions. An abstract volume will be included in the congress materials. As they are not considered citable publications, please do not include any nomenclatural acts.
