Your registration fee covers the complete scientific and social aspects of the whole congress, including:
- Conference package including the book of abstracts
- Lunch (resp. lunch package during field trip)
- Coffee breaks
- Congress Dinner
- Field trip / sightseeing tour
Not included are accommodation, breakfast & dinner (only congress dinner is included) and the optional post congress trip.

Payment information
All payment must be received in EURO (€). A formal invoice for the payment of the fee(s) will be handed out during registration process at the congress. If you need a pro forma invoice in advance, please let us know.
Refunds
In case of cancellation, participants should inform us as soon as possible. A full refund of registration fees will be made to any participant cancelling before Aug 30, 2026.
Refunds for later cancellations:
- 75 % refund für cancellations received Oct 1, 2026 – Dec 31, 2026
- 50 % refund für cancellations received Jan 1, 2027 – March 31, 2027
- No refunds for cancellations after March 31, 2027
